Content: Hi there, I contacted you yesterday regarding an order with Amazon for this product that came with missing parts: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B07YKBGNBH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleI just wanted to let you know that not only the wall elements are not coming in the parcel, none of the metal pieces come inside. Just some ropes to tie the shade with. This seems a joke, apparently looks like somebody bought your product, took all the metal pieces, returned the product and I bought it later on.
