Content: Commande effectuée le 20 juillet 2025 Numéro de commande 407-0965444-2380330AXT SHADE Voile d'ombrage Imperméable Rectangulaire 4x5m Toile Ombrage UV Protection pour Terrasse Jardin Extérieur-SableAprès 1 mois la voile c'est détendue. Est ce normal ? Elle commence a présenter un creux au centre du rectangle. J'ai peur s'il pleut beaucoup que cela présente un risque.Fixée sur 2 attaches sur un mur de la maison, et sur les 2 autres avec du fil métallique + attache spéciales à la clôture. Longueur de 2m mini sur les fils.

Content: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, am 31.05.25 habe ich bei Ihnen ein Sonnensegel bestellt. Leider bin ich mit der Qualität des Produkts sehr unzufrieden. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit hängt das Segel deutlich durch und der Stoff wirkt - entgegen der Beschreibung - locker und wenig strapazierfähig. Ich hatte Ihnen bereits über Amazon eine Nachricht geschickt, bedauerlicherweise aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten.Ich bitte Sie um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung und einen Lösungsvorschlag (z.B.
