Content: Dear Support,I am reaching out to formally complain about the quality of the product I received:AXT SHADE Waterproof Rectangle Sun Shade 2.5x3m – Cream (Polyester, UV Protection)I purchased this item through Amazon (Order number 304-3294716-6292337). Unfortunately, the product once again has visible perforation in a place where no damage should exist – indicating a defect right out of the box.This is not the first time I’ve experienced such issues with this product. I bought the same item from your brand back in 2021 and had to exchange it multiple times due to similar defects.While I could simply return the item via Amazon’s return system, it’s frustrating to constantly deal with returns and repackaging due to poor quality control. It shouldn’t be on the customer to handle repeated replacements because products aren’t properly checked before dispatch.I would like to know how you intend to resolve this – without me having to go through another return and reorder cycle. Please provide a proper solution to this ongoing issue.Best regards,
